Ordering Online

Payments online can be made through debit card or credit card. You will receive an email confirming your order has been placed when the payment has been taken. If you are having issues with online payments please contact us on info@faustworkshop.com

Delivery Costs

All orders throughout Australia come with complimentary delivery. International orders will be charged a $30 shipping fee.

Delivery Times

Each Faust Workshop piece is made to order and can require up to 2 weeks to create. Delivery times depend on where you are. Orders processed in Australia will take 5-7 business days to arrive after the item has been created. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor it while it makes its way to you.

If you are ordering an item for a gift and you need to receive it quicker than the timings outlined above then please contact us before making the purchase at hello@faustworkshop.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request but can make no guarantees on fast-tracked deliveries.

What is your return policy?

We pride ourselves in satisfying our customers, we accept returns of all stock pieces within 30 days, providing they have not been worn or damaged.

We do not accept returns on custom pieces. If you have any questions, please contact hello@faustworkshop.com 

Deposits

For commissioned (bespoke) pieces, a minimum 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the order. The deposit amount is negotiable but cannot be refunded. The payment of the deposit is deemed as 'sign-off' on the piece, and no changes can be made after the deposit is paid. This includes but is not limited to metal type, ring size, chain length, stone selection, stone placement and engraving.

Repairs & Resizing

Repairs -

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If you believe your piece has a structural fault, please return it to us for a full inspection.

Resizing - There is a small fee of $50 for the resizing of your piece of jewellery. Some items cannot be resized - this is dependent on the stones in the pieces and how big the size change is. Please get in touch to discuss your options on hello@faustworkshop.com

It is also worth noting that your fingers fluctuate with changes in temperature. We recommend trialling it over a few days before making a decision to resize.

Care

Use only warm soapy water to clean your jewellery. A metal specific polishing cloth can also be used to rejuvenate your piece. Unless specified our jewellery pieces are mid-polish and can change colour over time (especially if left unworn). This is not a manufacturing fault. All purchases receive a complimentary silver/gold polishing cloth.
